Passionate about food, authentic flavor & unique cooking, Meredith founded Sal Terrae Spice Company with the desire to provide stunning, fresh ingredients to the everyday kitchen. She enjoys teaching the community the power of good food, culture, and the importance of truly fresh ingredients.
When it comes to Sal Terrae, freshness is key. All the herbs, spices, peppers used are sent directly to her from all over the world. Sal Terrae has dozens of suppliers to ensure top quality. Every ingredient is hand-ground in small batches and bottled in Derry, NH.
Today, she manages the business full-time with her husband and 4 children's support. Coming into it's third year, we are proud to announce we are growing quickly (over 150% in 12 months!) and the product line continues to expand. Sal Terrae currently provides these delicious small-batch specialty blends to local restaurants, specialty markets, small shops, and farmers markets & vendor events across the New England region.
