Self-taught chef, mother of 4, Meredith ejoys teaching the community the power of good food, culture, and fresh ingredients.
Today, she manages the business in Derry, NH with her husband and 4 children's support. Business is growing quickly and the product line continues to grow. Sal Terrae currently provides small-batch specialty blends to local restaurants, grocers and farmers markets across the New England region.
